Consultation + 1st Treatment
Bodywork or neuromuscular massage techniques are medical in nature. The manual therapy techniques are designed to correct pain and movement dysfunction by treating trigger points and up or down regulating sensation in the muscles.
The issues treated are normally caused by a specific trauma, repetitive movements or even a lack of movement. Neuromuscular massage is considered an ongoing treatment to assess and treat a specific condition or chronic pain. Modalities may include blading, cupping, vibration therapy, kinesiology taping and deep pressure. Not for relaxation. -

Once established, you can book bodywork in 60, 90 and 120 minute intervals.

Kinesiology Taping
Allie fell in love with taping after her own hip and shoulder surgeries and knows the impact proprioceptive input can have in relieving acute pain, helping rehab or just simply supporting an athlete through a sprain.
